Hippity Hoppity Easter

We had a great Easter weekend. We hunted eggs, roasted hot dogs and marshmallows, ate a delicious Easter dinner on Sunday with the whole family (mine and JP's), and just enjoyed the company we were with.
Steele had a ball hunting Easter eggs with our neighbors Jackson and Bri. Everytime he found one, he would say in a sing song voice "I found one." He found some with money, but his favorite thing was one with a toy frog in it.

The Easter Bunny came and left Steele a large basket with lots of cool things. If you asked Steele what the Easter bunny brought he would say "another car and another monster truck". He was very excited about them as you can see from the bottom left picture.

Kase on the other hand didn't care much for his basket of goodies (pacis, gas drops, car seat toys). I'm sure next year he will be eating chocolate with his big brother!

I tried to get a good picture of them in their Easter outfits but didn't have much luck.

1. There are only so many ways (maybe 2) to sit them together.

2. It is extremely hard to get them to look at the camera at the same time!

3. Newborns always look constipated or confused when trying to get a good picture, unless they have gas and you might get a smile:)

So, here are the best out of many more that I got and some are just funny.

Kase's 1st Easter was also his first visit to church. We were so glad to be able to go back to Sunday School and church. Kase was a champ and slept most of the time. This outfit is also the one that Steele wore to church his first time and his baby dedication. They were almost exactly the same age and Kase fills out the outfit a little better than Steele did.
